Project Overview
Samurai Bites is a mobile app for ordering Japanese food quickly and effortlessly. Food delivery apps often become cluttered with too many options, filters, and steps, slowing users down. The goal of this project was to design a simple and intuitive experience that allows users to browse, choose, and order meals with minimal effort.

Problem
Many food delivery apps overwhelm users with complex navigation, too many filtering options, and unclear product pages. This creates friction during the ordering process and increases drop-off rates. Users often spend too much time searching, comparing, and completing orders, which negatively impacts both user experience and conversion.
Solution
The solution focused on speed, clarity, and simplified flows. The structure was designed to guide users naturally from browsing to ordering without unnecessary steps. Filters were kept minimal and easy to use, helping users quickly narrow down choices. Product pages highlight only essential information, making decisions faster. Clear call-to-action buttons and a streamlined checkout flow reduce friction and improve overall usability.
Result
The final product delivers a fast and intuitive ordering experience. Users can find meals, apply filters, and complete orders quickly without confusion. The simplified structure reduces decision time and improves flow efficiency, creating a smoother path from browsing to purchase. The project shows how reducing complexity leads to better usability and higher conversion potential.
